- Stock Control
- Menu Planning
- Hygiene, Food Safety, General Safety & Quality Standards
- Management of Food Production and Service
- Management of Human Resources (subordinates)

Competencies and Skills Requirements:
- Professional Cooking Skills, able to produce meals professionally across a wide range of menus ensuring skilful presentation
- Basic Menu Planning Skills, able to plan menus at a basic level and in liaison with the Project Manager
- Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic Financial Skills, able to grasp basic financial concepts & perform job related calculations to meet the requirements of the position.
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- People Management Skills, able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables
- Planning and Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines

Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements :
- Minimum Education / Qualification: Culinary arts Qualification / Food service qualification or equivalent
- Minimum level / years of Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role

- No sufficient working experience as a Function Chef / or Banquet Chef
- No qualifications
