Job Summary:
To provide operational and administrative support to management to meet the requirements of the commercial contract
Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Responsible to: Catering Manager

Competencies and Skills Required:
- Cooking Skills, able to produce meals across the required range of menus / alternatively able to discern required food production, standards
- Numeracy Skills, able to perform and interpret job related calculations accurately
- Administration Skills, able to perform administrative tasks accurately to achieve required outcomes
- Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- People Management, able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables

- No sufficient working experience in a similar role
