Scope & General Purpose of the Job:
To provide operational and administrative support to management as to meet the requirements of the commercial contract.
Responsible to: Catering Manager

Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Food Service Management diploma / or equivalent | 5 years’ experience in similar role/environment |

- Communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Planning & Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritise, schedule, and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- People Management Skills, able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables
- Numeracy Skills, able to perform and interpret job related calculations accurately
- Cooking Skills, able to produce meals across the required range of menus / alternatively able to discern required food production standards

- Excellent quality management skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen and service staff.

- Must be Computer literate and work in excel and mail
- Own reliable car will be an advantage
