This event brought together leaders from both the public and private sectors to address the pressing issue of youth unemployment, while also exploring ways to help businesses thrive in the Atlantis region.
The breakfast focused on finding sustainable solutions for equipping young people with valuable skills and creating new employment opportunities. At the same time, businesses learned about cost-saving initiatives and funding models that can support their growth. Selwyn Willoughby, ASEZ Executive, captured the essence of the event by saying, “Investing in youth builds a stronger workforce and drives economic growth within the Atlantis community and beyond.”
CSG Group Talent Division is passionate about connecting unemployed talent with real job opportunities. With our QCTO-accredited learnerships, Labour Activation Programme, and tailored recruitment services, we’re helping local youth gain essential skills while providing businesses with trained, entry-level candidates.
Following the breakfast, CSG hosted a highly successful recruitment drive in Atlantis, with a large number of unemployed individuals coming through to submit their CVs for potential job opportunities. We’re hopeful that through this initiative, we can develop the talent within the Atlantis community, creating opportunities that contribute to a brighter future for both individuals and businesses.
