In November 2020, PSG Alpha Investments Proprietary Limited disposed of its entire 12.43% interest in the securities of the Company to Gemcap Proprietary Limited (“GemCap”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patrice Motsepe’s African Rainbow Capital Limited (ARC) which has a 99% broad-based black ownership. ARC subsequently increased their shareholding to 23.19% in CSG.
