Role & Responsibility:

  • Managing infrastructure, CCTV Support, and IT staff.
  • Communication with Customers to ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Planning infrastructure, maintenance, support, and IT-related work.
  • Distributing all work to relevant teams.
  • Customer Relations
  • Quality Control
  • Liaising with Senior Management / Contol Room Staff / Operational Staff / Admin Staff.
  • Upkeep, Repairs, and Upkeep of Wireless Network Infrastructure.
  • Planning, Upgrading, and Upkeep of Servers and Computers.
  • Assisting with CCTV installations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Code 8 Drivers license.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Clear credit record.
  • No criminal record or any pending cases.


  • Extensive IT and CCTV knowledge.
  • 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Extensive knowledge of network and CCTV mechanics, setup, configuration, and installations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
