Scope & General Purpose of the Job:
To efficiently manage the kitchen & catering function ensuring financial, quality and service parameters are met as per the commercial contract requirements

Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Culinary arts Qualification / Food service qualification or equivalent | 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role |

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Cooking Skills, able to produce meals professionally across a wide range of menus ensuring skilful presentation
- Basic Menu Planning Skills, able to plan menus at a basic level and in liaison with the Catering Manager
- Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic Financial Skills, able to grasp basic financial concepts & perform job related calculations to meet the requirements of the position.
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- People Management Skills, able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables
- Planning and Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines

- No sufficient working experience as a Chef
