SALES REPRESENTATIVE | Pinetown

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Sales Representatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts within the temporary employment services sector. You’ll leverage your qualifications, passion for sales, coupled with your knowledge of Human Resources, to not only excel in selling temporary staffing solutions but also to identify and explore new business prospects across our diversified holding company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Expertise: Utilise your sales acumen to effectively market and sell our temporary employment services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities within all regions and other divisions of our holding company, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant post-matriculation qualification and potential for development into a highly competitive, target-driven sales environment.

  • Background or Knowledge in Human Resources: Understanding of and experience in Permanent Recruitment, Training, Learnerships staffing requirements is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Growth Mindset: Intellectual curiosity, active listener, emotional intelligence, optimism and accountability.

  • Proactive and Results-Driven: A self-starter with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.

  • Networking Skills: A well-established network in the KZN Region and a knack for expanding it.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and a fast-paced work environment.

  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
