POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Scrum master to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the scrum framework and guiding the team on the Agile principles.
Working closely with all members of the team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a collaborative, empowered environment where the team can be productive and focused on delivering value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Facilitating Scrum Events: As scrum master, you will run scrum events (Daily Standups, Planning meetings, Retrospectives) and ensure they are effectively planned, organized and facilitated
- Removing Impediments: Engage with team members to highlight any obstacles/impediments that are blocking the team’s progress and help remove them
- Supporting the Product Owner: You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the backlog is well-organized, prioritized, and understood by the team
- Task Board Management: Ensure the task board is managed and maintained effectively to ensure features move smoothly across the board
- Promoting Agile Practices: Guide the team in following Agile methodologies such as continuous delivery, iterative development, and regular feedback loops
- Fostering a Positive & Collaborative Team Culture: Help maintain a positive team environment and ensure continuous collaboration across teams
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 3-5 years experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Education: Preferably a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certificate
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Servant Leadership style (able to lead a team by serving), understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban), conflict resolution, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand software development processes and technical constraints. Familiarity with logistics and freight management software is a plus
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion) and familiarity with other team collaboration tools
